We design and manufacture thermoforming molds tailored to customer needs in-house. Thanks to our R&D-supported product development process, we provide fast, economical, and highly precise solutions from the prototyping stage to mass production, ensuring more efficient production processes.
Trimming, reaming, drilling, and finishing operations of thermoformed products are performed with high precision using 5-axis CNC technology. Parts with complex geometries are machined with 0.1 mm accuracy thanks to our modern CNC infrastructure, ensuring dimensional accuracy, superior surface quality, and repeatable production standards.
We produce plastic finished and semi-finished parts for the automotive, medical, white goods, advertising, furniture, and industrial sectors by thermoforming various engineering plastics such as ABS, ABS-PMMA, HIPS, PC, and PMMA. Thanks to our modern thermoforming machines and controlled production processes, we offer high surface quality, dimensional accuracy, and long-lasting product performance.
