About Ceysan Thermoform Vacuum Plastic
Ceysan Termoform Plastik Makine San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. was established in 2007 and operates in İzmir ESTİM Industrial Zone with 20 years of experience in the field of thermoform plastic shaping.
Our company manufactures plastic finished and semi-finished parts using thermoforming methods with ABS, ASA, ABS-PMMA, HIPS (Anti-shock), PC, PMMA (Acrylic) and other raw materials for the white goods, automotive, advertising, furniture, medical, bathroom, heating and cooling sectors.
Based on customer requests, our R&D unit can design product and mold designs for thermoformed parts.
All of our thermoforming machines feature technology that allows for regional temperature control. Their versatile heating and electronic control systems ensure product rigidity.
In line with customer demands, the company produces purpose-built, longer-lasting products using raw materials with UV, antibacterial, antimicrobial, and flame-retardant properties.
Trimming, cutting, drilling, and other processes for thermoformed products can be performed with a precision of 0.1 mm using CNC technology.
